Turkish Airlines Places Order for A321neo

Turkish Airlines has placed orders for an additional 20 A321neo aircraft. This is in addition to the 72 A321neos, the airline already has on order. “This order for 20 more A321neo will help us achieve our expansion plans in a profitable and sustainable manner,” said Dr. Temel Kotil, CEO of Turkish Airlines. “We are extremely happy that Turkish Airlines has renewed its confidence in the A321neo, the largest member of our best-selling A320neo Family. The A321neo will not only meet but fully exceed the airline’s expectations in terms of operational efficiency, profitability and passenger appeal,” said John Leahy, Airbus Chief Operating Officer, Customers. The A320neo Family has received more than 4,300 orders, since its launch in 2010.
