Full-Scale A330neo Cabin Mock-Up Showcased at Aircraft Interiors Expo

Airbus has displayed for the very first time a full-scale cabin mock-up of the new Airspace by Airbus cabin interior of the A330neo. Airbus showcased the next-generation cabin at this years’ Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg, Germany. 
 
According to Airbus the four key attribute of the new cabin brand are: Comfort, Ambience, Service and Design, which will all come together to deliver a unique and leading passenger experience.
 
Also on display at the Expo was a specially configured Cabin Comfort Demonstrator, which allowed visitors to the show to test and feel the different levels of comfort standards in Economy class.
 
Airbus also showcased its new pivoting overhead stowage compartment mock-up for the A320 Family as well as its Supplier Furnished Equipment (SFE) offering. 
 
The new pivoting stowage option takes full advantage of the A320’s wide fuselage cross section offering 60 percent more stowage and with deliveries already underway, the new offering will enter service soon.
 
A range of retrofit solutions and services is also being displayed at the Expo by Airbus Upgrade Services.
