Mexican Repair Station AMO certification for Jet Aviation St. Louis
Posted: 2016 Apr 05

Certification from the Mexican civil air authority has been accorded to Jet Aviation St. Louis for its repair station Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) for aircraft registered in Mexico.

Mexico has the second-highest number of corporate jets and civil aircraft registered in the world, only behind the United States, and the Jet Aviation facility now offers a convenient, one-stop-shop location for customers in the region.

"This means we can immediately begin servicing Mexican aircraft,” said Steve Folks, lead AS9110 auditor at Jet Aviation St. Louis. “This is important because it now provides our Mexican customers with unrestricted access to our services…. We have serviced some Mexican aircraft with special permission on a one-off basis in the past. But now we can provide service to any Mexican customer any time.”
