Jeppesen will provide digital charting forLOT Polish Airlines’ electronic flight bag (EFB) platform as part of a five-year service agreement.
It will include the incorporation of Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro on Windows tablets for the airline’s charting EFB solution and will continue to use Jeppesen NavData for digital navigation as well.
Mateusz Kołakowski, program manager, LOT Polish Airlines said, “We look forward to using Windows tablets to access all of our critical flight information through Jeppesen FliteDeck Pro, which reduces preparation time and increases situational awareness on the ground and in the air.”
LOT will eliminate operational paper content from LOT aircraft by using FliteDeck Pro, which reduces weight leading to improved fuel consumption.

LOT Polish Airlines operates one of the youngest fleets in Europe and operates Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner on all long-haul connections.
