USAF Makes Presence Felt at FIDAE

The U.S. Air Force (USAF) is displaying a wide range of aircraft at the ongoing FIDAE airshow, ranging from the 5th generation F-35 and F-22 Raptor to a B-52 strategic bomber. The USAF Air Combat Command F-22 Raptor Demonstration Team is performing daily and the F-22 is being piloted by  Maj. Paul “Loco” Lopez. The F-35 Heritage Flight Team is also flying daily at the show. There is also a B-52 Stratofortress from Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana on static display at the show, which is joined by a C-17 and a C-130 also on static display. In addition to these aircraft, two unique and welcome additions are a KC-10 Extender from Travis Air Force Base and the KC-135 Stratotanker from March Air Reserve Base.
